The Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy (referred to as the “Policy”) is applicable solely to products and/or services obtained through the website or any other interconnected website (referred to as the “Website”) of AV HERBARIUM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associates (collectively known as “us,” “we,” “our,” or “AV Herbarium”). This Policy may be modified, reinstated, or altered by AV Herbarium at its discretion from time to time. The Website serves as a platform for its visitors, clients, customers, etc., who are collectively and individually referred to as “you,” “your,” or “User,” to gain information about AV Herbarium’s products and/or services and to avail of these products and/or services. Cancellation Policy Supplements You have the option to cancel an order for supplements placed on the Website at any time before the supplements are delivered to you. Once the supplements have been delivered, you will not be allowed to return the product or request a refund. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect item, or if parts of your products are missing, you can report the issue to AV Herbarium for a replacement within 2 (Two) days of receiving the product. Please provide proper documentation/proofs in the form of images and/or videos to support your claim. Our representative will visit your location, inspect the damaged order, and provide you with a new product as a replacement.

Cancellations by AV Herbarium

AV Herbarium has the authority to cancel an order for a product or service at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances, solely at AV Herbarium’s discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for the cancelled orders, and the amount will be returned to the User’s original payment method. Payments made directly on the Website for services will be handled in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the ‘Refunds’ section below. For information regarding the rescheduling of services, please refer to the Scheduling Policy. Refund & Replacement Policy In what situations can you request replacements or refunds? You can request a refund in the following cases: Supplements:
  • Incorrect delivery of products
  • Missing items in your order
  • Orders for supplements can be cancelled at any point before delivery.
  • After the supplements have been delivered, users cannot return the product or request a refund. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect item, or if parts of your order are missing, you can request a replacement. To do so, please report the issue to AV Herbarium within 2 (Two) days of receiving the product. Provide proper documentation and proof in the form of images or videos, and contact us via email at or call our helpline number 000000000 to arrange for a reverse pickup. Our representative will visit your location to inspect the damaged order, and if verified, we will replace the product.
  • Please note that the replacement process will only begin after AV Herbarium successfully verifies the products. The verification process may take up to 7 (Seven) working days from the time of pickup from your location.

Refund Timelines
  • Refunds will typically be processed within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receiving a refund request.
  • All eligible cancellations will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
  • The time it takes to process refunds depends on the turnaround times of banks and the guidelines provided by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Please note that these timelines may change periodically. “Business Days” refer to any day of the week when commercial banks in India are open for business, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • For orders made with Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds will be made to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). Please note that cash refunds will not be provided in such cases. It’s important to clarify that cash payments made without a valid system-generated receipt are considered invalid, and AV Herbarium assumes no responsibility or liability for such cash payments. AV Herbarium has not authorized any of its employees or agents to issue manual receipts.
